We were actually surprised by our recent stay at Unahotels in Bologna. The location was fantastic, right across from the train station and just a short walk to the city center. Our room on the 6th floor was quiet and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The modern and clean design of the hotel added to its appeal. The breakfast offered a wide selection, and the friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome.

The location of the hotel, right across from the train station, was extremely convenient for exploring the city and for onward travel. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were huge. the hotel staff were pleasant and accommodating.
The hotel lacked any charm or personality and felt quite soulless. The bar by reception was never attended by staff and the bar snacks provided were hardly touched.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, being right next to the train station and in close proximity to the historic city center. It's convenient for transportation and exploring the city. The staff at this hotel were really good, providing excellent service. They were helpful and were pretty good too ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, including lots of fresh fruits, which I really appreciated. the cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities were excellent.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. Its location right beside the train station was perfect for us. The staff are really nice and provided us with great service. The room was amazing and it had everything we needed from ironing facilities to a mini-bar. We also enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi and the flat-screen TV was a nice touch.
We highly recommend this place to families.

Great experience during Christmas. The staff was very kind and helpful. The front desk staff were excellent in helping us with our needs and spoke excellent English. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a great selection of high-quality foods and drinks. The spacious room was clean and had a comfortable bed and pillows, ensuring a good night's sleep.
The location could be better, but it was convenient being directly opposite the train station. The hotel only had one iron for the entire hotel, inconvenient for travelers who expect this basic amenity.
